We offer supportive care if you require medical and convalescence care, this is done through transitional care and restorative care programs.
Spending this key time with us at Nagambie Healthcare is a wonderful option. You’ll be cared for by us while you complete your rehabilitation program, are awaiting home modifications, need assistance during a non-weight bearing period or require complex discharge planning.
We work closely with Goulburn Valley Health and all admissions are managed by our nominated GP who is credentialed to work at Nagambie Health Services through GVH’s governance program.
